Bounce Cardio

60 minutes of cardio including a pulse raiser warm up and preparation stretches to get your muscles and joints ready, before moving on to a combination of mini rebounders and floor based body weight routines! This class aims to build an aerobic curve driving you towards that peak target zone before bringing you back down to a pre workout state, finishing with developmental and maintenance stretches to cool down.

Bounce Mix

60 minute full body work out class. Starting off with our pulse raiser warm up and preparation stretches to get your muscles and joints ready, this class goes on to offer cardio through the use of mini rebounders and body weight routines, muscular strength and endurance using small dumbbells and resistance bands with the addition of core workouts to compliment! Plenty of opportunities to progress with various band and dumbbell weights on offer. Finishing up with developmental and maintenance stretches to cool down and return your body to its pre workout state.

Bounce Circuits

this class can be offered as a group, semi private (up to 3 participants) or one to one depending on your requirements. Working on cardio, MSE, Body conditioning and flexibility, this class has it all! Workouts are tailored for each class, targeting a different muscle group to ensure a well rounded workout program. Stations for cardio are set at either 40 or 50 seconds with breaks in between aiming to keep your heart rate elevated and your body warm, ready for moving onto the MSE element.


This could be dumb bells, barbell or kettle bells! Any of these can be used to help strengthen your muscles using high reps and low weight to sculpt and tone. I will be with you every step of the way to demonstrate, guide and ensure your technique is on point to achieve optimal results.
